Item and Packaging Processing Times
On average, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process, package and ship your order. However in some instances an order may take longer to ship. We’ll send you tracking information when your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Customs Duties and Fees
International shipping costs do not include customs fees and taxes. You are responsible for any customs fees and taxes on shipments being delivered to destination your country.
Default Standard Shipping Method – USPS, EMS, Japan Post
Economical rates, usually delivered with in 7-10 business days world wide. Delays can be experienced due to customs inspections.
FedEx International, UPS and DHL Express Shipping
Although the shipping method stated is EMS, sometimes FedEx, UPS or DHL shipping will also be used, items arrive with in 5-7 business. Less delays due to FedEx, UPS and DHL having their own customs brokers.
GST (Goods & Service Tax)
For purchases from Austrialia and New Zealand, GST will be applied to items at a rate of 10% and 15% respectively.
Item Availability
If an item is out of stock or backordered, we’ll let you know and give an estimated shipping date. Some items made to order may not ship at the same time as other items in your order. Holidays specific only in Japan may cause delay of items also.
